Each month every guest receives a calendar showing all the activities to be a part of. There are consistent activities to select from each week and many special events and entertainment options as well.
On The Rocks Lounge
One of the favorite social opportunities, and unique to Rocky Knoll, is our On The Rocks Lounge. There guests can enjoy a cocktail or other beverage and snacks while socializing with other guests and visitors.
Group Activities
There are plenty of group activities such as playing Bingo, singing with volunteer accompanists, or joining in the monthly birthday celebration. We frequently host choral and other groups from the community who entertain our guests.
Many Activity Choices
Or you may enjoy quiet activities like art and craft projects, watching a movie from our extensive collection, playing a game on the WiiŽ system on one of the large screen televisions, trying your luck on the slot machine for amusement only, or using one of our general computers for playing a game or accessing the internet. There are a variety of other options in our two activity rooms including a pool table, stationary exercise bicycles, bean bag toss, dancing to vintage tunes from the jukebox, or playing checkers on the specially designed table.
