Ask Rocky is a resource for questions on short term rehabilitation or long-term skilled nursing care. Rocky Knoll is providing this service in conjunction with the Kohler Villager newspaper.
How the Process Works
After you fill out the form below, your question will be sent to a Rocky Knoll staff member. Each month we will choose a question(s) to answer. Both the question and answer will appear on page three in the “Kohler Villager”. We hope you’ll find this service beneficial and that it provides ongoing, helpful information.
