Admission

Many times the need for rehabilitation or long term care isn’t planned for and to best serve you when the need arises, we offer admission around the clock every day of the year.

Our clinical case manager or another representative from our registered nursing staff meets with you and your family to explain the transition process and assure everyone receives answers to any questions they have.

Financial Options

One of our key roles is patient advocacy and the Rocky Knoll staff is committed to ensuring you receive all entitled healthcare benefits. We work closely with families to explore every possible reimbursement option, and accept payment from a variety of sources including: Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance,  and private payments.

Maybe you saw this outdoor board while driving. We developed the concept to differentiate Rocky Knoll from other facilities so instead of showing head shots of our staff we used a photo of Gail’s feet. She’s really likes those new shoes too!

Gail is one of the first people you and your family will meet when visiting or being admitted to Rocky Knoll. She has dedicated her entire career to working with seniors and their families so she understands the issues that are important to them.  Her mission is to assure that your transition goes smoothly and that all the details are taken care of since we recognize that this can be an emotional time for everyone involved.

As a lifelong resident of the Sheboygan area, she has worked in the Sheboygan County system for the last 24 years, initially at Sunny Ridge when it was owned by the county and now here are Rocky Knoll. She earned an associate degree in nursing from Lakeshore Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UW-Oshkosh. Gail has experience as a certified nursing assistant, unit nurse, nursing assistant instructor, and shift supervisor. She also gained experience working at Community Home Care and Hospice, and holds an ANCC certification in geriatric nursing.
