Long-Term CareWhether you choose to complete short-term therapy as our guest, visit as an outpatient, or become a resident for an extended stay in the long-term care facility, you will enjoy the beautiful, rural setting of our center located on the west side of Sheboygan County. Our health care facility offers a diverse range of services and amenities that make our residents feel at home.
Our Life Enrichment department provides our residents with a wide variety of exciting social events. Each month an events calendar is created and handed out to residents showing all of the events available that month. There are daily activities throughout the facility as well as many special events and entertainment options.
